I went there to rent a car for my birthday weekend!! There was someone at the front desk by the name of Preston. He was absolutely amazing!!! Car was clean, customer service was amazing! Prefer this location over any other!!!!!
We recently rented a car from this location as part of an insurance claim. We declined the insurance and the prepay option for fuel but were later on charged for both. Our credit card was also charged well over 200 dollars in fraudulent toll fees for tolls in and around NYC in the span of 4 days. None of the tolls were ours, we hardly used the car. This location is absolutely not to be trusted with credit card information.
They gave us a price and when we went there they raised the price and having a conversation on the phone with someone else holding us there. Very disrespectful and unprofessional
Great staff, they gave me nice upgrade. Can't wait to pick up my next car.
Service not to friendly but overall experience was very good and satisfying.
